Erica studies yoga with yoga genius Ana Forrest and Zen with revered teacher Jonathan Bowra.  A certified Forrest Yoga instructor, she has completed Forrest's 200 hour training and engages in ongoing study through assisting her at workshops and intensives and attending as a student.  Erica teaches intelligent, challenging classes that will appeal to those interested in learning about the body, alignment, and how to create space for the growth of the spirit in a body transformed by the asana practice.
