Erica is one of Ana Forrest's Mentor Teachers, and runs a program to support Forrest Yoga Graduates in their continued growth as Forrest Yoga practitioners and teachers.

Here's what some graduates have to say about Erica:

"I have known Erica for several years, and am really happy I decided to take my Forrest Yoga Mentorship with her.  Erica has a superb understanding of Forrest Yoga sequencing, and her classes touch me in a way that very few Forrest Yoga teachers can.  Outside of asana, one of Erica's greatest gifts is her ability to provide useful teaching feedback.  The feedback Erica gave me continues to inform my teaching to this day.  She has a knack for seeing what would improve your teaching and offering you the tools you need to do the work necessary to reach your goals as a teacher.  Erica is a true teacher's teacher and a great conduit for the Forrest Yoga Mentorship program, if you show up fully to her mentorship, you will come out of the program a better teacher."  ~Zach

"The Mentorship Program with Erica Mather changed my teaching and Practice.  It is an amazing way to re- introduce important information after being the Foundation Course.  The Mentorship Program pulls you back into the excitement of learning adjustments that largely define Forrest.  It explores the depths of teaching themes and sequencing, something Erica knows a great deal about!   Erica's Morning Intensives are a treat with her cool delivery and serious understanding of anatomy and Forrest Yoga. Her experience and integrity as a Yoga Teacher is something to be mentioned.  She brings a lot of insight to a great Program.  I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to connect to other Forrest Teachers on a real level, improve teaching and expand the horizons of their Practice."  ~Bella

"Participating in the FYMP with Erica was fantastic. Every workshop I took with her I learned something that revolutionized my personal practice and that I could bring back to my students. I enjoyed her down to earth passion and can't recommend her enough!"  ~Kat

"Erica has many gifts as a teacher.  She has the ability to energetically shape shift into what is needed from moment to moment and student to student.  She has all the necessary attributes that make up a good yoga instructor: educated and fun sequencing, a wealth of knowledge about the human body and how to work in beneficial ways with injuries, she speaks with her authentic voice and she has powerful hands and attentive eyes that give both juicy and refined assists.   In addition, Erica holds a deep seeded passion for healing that runs through her with conviction.  The dedication, awareness and patience that she brings to her teaching allows her to see in an amplified way, guiding students towards clarity in all aspects of their being, making her an exceptional mentor of yoga and life."  ~Ramona
