Do you want pragmatic, concrete tools to help your students with injuries, whether in group classes or in private sessions? Do you need help cultivating your skills as private practitioner?
In this 100-hour professional training program we will do a deep dive into common injuries you will encounter among the general population, and yoga-specific injuries your students may develop as a result of the practice.
We’ll emphasize private practice, and you will learn more about the art of working skillfully one-on-one, and how that relates to your work within group classes.
This training will include:
Over the past 9 years of working closely with her teacher, master healer Ana Forrest, Forrest Yoga Guardian Erica Mather has had the rare privilege of assisting her in numerous trainings and workshops, logging hundreds, if not thousands of hours. Assisting afforded Erica the time to work closely in a classroom setting, helping yogis closely with their injuries, painful spots, and their emotional meltdowns. The knowledge that Erica has accumulated working with Ana, she has taken into her work first with private clientele, and then applied in a classroom setting. In The Yoga Clinic Level 1 Professional Training, Erica will share broadly about what she has learned, discovered, and found to be most effective and replicable in helping people to manage and heal their physical injuries using yoga as the tool to light the way.
*Hours can be applied to a 500 hour RYT Yoga Alliance Certification at Pure Yoga, pending approval.
$1500. $1250 for Pure Members. $1100 for Pure Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training Graduates.
