Anastasia Nevin, MS, RDN, RYT, is a Nutrition Therapist and Yoga Instructor. She runs her own private practice in NYC where she specializes in disordered eating and body image issues. Anastasia incorporates mindfulness, yoga, and body awareness into her work, empowering clients to nourish their body and soul.
Erica Mather is a Forrest Yoga Guardian, the Founder of the Adore Your Body Signature System, and the Yoga Clinic NYC. She teaches nationally and internationally at retreats and festivals. Pure Yoga is her home-base in New York.
